May we give our grief and gratitude to the ground, and keep growing.

As a movement teacher, my guidance is heart-centered, breath-focused, and nature-based. I intend to hold space that, like nature, has no hurry, encourages natural alignment, flows rather than forces, and is resourceful, regenerative, and adaptive.

Movement has always been my body-mind medicine. My love for sports and training in middle school eventually led me to yoga through the process of healing injuries. Since my first yoga class in 2008 and completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2012, I’ve devoted myself to studying and sharing elemental yoga, yoga therapy, somatics, and movement for well-being.

Deeply inspired by the Earth, I connect with plants and their medicines, particularly heart-opening allies like the rose family and cacao, and grounding allies like dandelion and tulsi. Together, plants and postures ground and guide me, and it is a joy to hold space for others to experience and embody their teachings.

The Earth Is You: Yin + Yoga Nidra

Explore the deep connection between your inner world and the Earth in this restorative session. You can expect a soothing blend of yin yoga and yoga nidra with earthy imagery, along with an invitation to creative expression.

In Yin yoga, we hold the postures for some time with support of props, practice stillness of mind, body, and breath, and explore our edges. Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”) is a systematic relaxation practice that brings you into a deeply restorative state, where the body rests completely while the mind stays gently aware.

Nourish + Bloom: A Heart Journey

It’s said that the longest journey you’ll ever take is from your head to your heart. This at-home retreat invites you to settle into the heart path, guided by the wisdom of plants and the gentle power of intentional postures. Through bodyful movement, nourishing herbal practices, and moments of stillness, we’ll create space for healing, compassion, community, and the joy of being. Before we gather, you’ll receive a package of heart-centered goodies to support you through the journey. Imagine herbal teas, foot soaks, love notes, etc.

Space is limited. If it’s lovely outside, feel free to set up under your favorite tree or in the garden. P.S. It’ll be a full moon.
