Welcome, Dear! I’m Angela Davis — an integrative therapist, earthy yoga teacher, and herb nerd.
I’m here to support you in welcoming your body’s wisdom, embracing life’s seasons, and deepening your sense of connection with yourself, your relationships, and your life.
A little about me: I love plants, movement practices, and music. I feel most nourished in nature and hope to hold space that mirrors her unhurried rhythm. As a student of vital herbalism, I find joy in blending science, tradition, and the healing power of the Earth. I most enjoy creating safe, sacred space to slow down and sense, especially in a world that often pulls us into a desensitized hurry. We feel to heal.
For over twelve years, I’ve been immersed in body-based therapeutic practices and holding space for healing. Grounded in mindfulness-based clinical psychology and trauma-informed somatic practices, I’m here to support your sense of safety as you explore new and familiar spaces, share your stories of grief and growth, and feel held in your healing and wholeness.
